Well Omar, today has been a year since we lost you. But in fact, we have not lost you. Every single person in the cheer world has gained you in their heart. I know you have especially touched mine. I’ve seen you work your magic, and have prayed to you countless times. You showed that you were on that mat with Top Gun this season.
You have also changed the Cheerleading world. For what I believe to be for the better. You have made people believe in what Cheerleading should be about, love.
Here’s to you Omar. Thank you for changing my life, and bringing all the amazing people that are now in my life here. Thank you. And we all miss you being here on earth with me.
